During a candid chat on her sister Khloé’s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, the 45-year-old reality TV icon shared her thoughts on the uproar nearly a month after the holiday season.

"These Pomeranians are so tiny. It’s a handful, but it’s taught my kids in the last few weeks so much responsibility," Kim dished out, emphasizing the lesson in responsibility that the furry additions have brought to their household.

Kim, who shares four children with her ex, Kanye West, spilled the tea on how each of her kids is adjusting to the canine company. Her eldest, North, 12, has grown quite attached to her pup, Uzi, often taking him along on her travels and making sure he stays cozy in her room.

"Puppies are not plushies, and it’s a damn shame that Kim missed the chance to be a spokesperson for shelter pups," PETA founder Ingrid Newkirk stated, calling out the star's decision loudly across social media.
