John Oliver Slams the Royal Family

Comedian John Oliver is back with another unfiltered take – this time, he's taking on the British monarchy. At the Garden of Laughs event at Radio City Music Hall, the British comic, known for his sharp wit on 'Last Week Tonight,' unveiled his true feelings about the royal family's latest controversies. "I think that the way they’ve behaved over the years has been horrendous," Oliver told Page Six, not hiding his disdain for 'The Firm' in light of their recent scandals.

“Long term? If I believed in h---, it would be there," Oliver replied when asked where he would like to see the ex-Duke of York, 66, go.

Ex-Prince Andrew's Scandal and Arrest

The focus of Oliver's tirade was ex-Prince Andrew and his plummeting reputation due to ties with the late Jeffrey Epstein. "I don’t know where he will end up. I had very little respect for that guy before all of this, so I don’t know where he will end up, and to the marrow of my bones, I don’t care!" Oliver remarked. On February 19, Andrew was arrested on charges related to misconduct in public office for allegedly sending Epstein private travel documents in the 2010s. Oliver expressed contentment with Andrew's "abject humiliation," hoping it lingers "for the rest of his life."

Sarah Ferguson's European Escape

While Andrew faces his public struggles, his ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson, is reportedly keeping a low profile in the Austrian Alps. The former royal couple were both evicted from their Royal Lodge home last year under the directive of King Charles. Andrew has since relocated to Marsh Farm on the Norfolk estate, but Ferguson is still scouting for a permanent residence. Her elusive whereabouts had been a mystery until recent reports on April 16 confirmed her stay in Europe. As one source puts it, Sarah 'can't hide out forever.'
