The radiant Jennifer Zamparelli, well-known for her role in Dancing With The Stars, is stepping into a new chapter by cutting alcohol out of her life – at least for the duration of the show. Never a heavy drinker, Jennifer is relishing the mental clarity she's experiencing, describing it as 'insane.' She shared the decision wasn't about abstinence but simply breaking the habit of a glass of wine on weeknights. "The cravings are gone," she said. "No harm in taking a little break."
“I felt I had to stop that habit of a glass with dinner on a Thursday and Friday evening,” Jennifer confessed.
As if juggling a hit TV show wasn't enough, the multitasking mom keeps her sanity intact with regular gym workouts, squeezing in training sessions four to five times a week. Jennifer admitted she's not one for running in the rain, but running and lifting heavy weights have become her regular go-tos. "I'm in gym gear most days," she told Woman's Way. "I also run twice a week...you can do it anywhere."
But it's not just fitness that’s keeping her motivated. She's found solace in a new hobby – crocheting. Wanting to spend less time on her phone, Jennifer has picked up the yarn and hook to craft her first blanket. "I want to be off my phone," she explained. "I'm very close to making my first blanket."
Jennifer departed from her radio show on 2FM nearly two years ago, a move she believes was crucial for her growth. "Since I left the show, I've done a show with Jason Donovan, podcasts. I just want to keep challenging myself," she revealed. The freedom from radio has opened doors to diverse projects, allowing her to push boundaries and explore new avenues without restriction. "It's exciting what's ahead," she says, relishing the autonomy her current career choices afford her. For Jennifer, being self-employed means creative freedom, something she values immensely.
For those who've followed her career, it's clear Jennifer Zamparelli is making her own rules, and with each step, embracing a life that balances clarity, creativity, and a dash of daring.
