When Chet made the move to Nashville, he shunned the typical apartment lifestyle. "I didn’t want to get an apartment," he confessed, after having experienced the expanse of condo life in Los Angeles. Instead, he invested in an RV, which he claims gives him "everything [he] need[s]." His mobile home life offers perks like a kitchen and a walk-in shower, luxuries in the trailer world. "I just like having my own space," he added.

“I’m probably the youngest person in the trailer park by 30 or 40 years," Chet humorously noted, describing his neighbors as "good people," mostly retirees.

Defending Against Critics

Chet has faced his share of skepticism. In a video on Instagram, he addressed those questioning his choice, explaining the affordability and functionality of his RV lifestyle. "These things aren’t f–king expensive," he asserted, detailing the cost-effectiveness of his setup. With a $30,000 investment in a 2025 model and an economical rent of $400 a month, he makes a solid case for his decision.

Chet didn’t hold back when criticizing the prevailing "hustle culture," urging people to rethink their ideas of success. "What’s the f–king dream?" he challenged, stressing that true happiness isn’t tied to material possessions but rather to living one’s dream.
