This year's explosive series of "I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!" crowned AngryGinge as the king of the jungle. The streamer, who snagged a whopping 65% of the public vote, returned to the UK and wasted no time diving into a candid Twitch stream with fellow campmate Lisa Riley. Together, they dished on a "really bad" moment that never made it to air – a medical incident involving Ginge’s close friend, rapper Aitch.
During their chat, Ginge opened up about the terrifying day when Aitch almost collapsed from dehydration due to the jungle’s harsh conditions. "There was a day where Aitch nearly…" Ginge began, only for Lisa to jump in, "Yeah, he was. Yeah, yeah. And he had to get a hydration pack." The lack of proper nutrition and endless rice and beans diet left the stars feeling weak and dizzy. Ginge mentioned that even Jack Osborne and Martin Kemp struggled, but it was Aitch who was most affected.
“From lack of salts, lack of sugar, lack of food, lack of water. So lightheaded, it’s unbelievable,” Ginge shared, recounting the dire situation.
The medics had to intervene for Aitch as his condition worsened, with his legs feeling like jelly. "His hydration plummets," Lisa added, emphasizing the severity. While fans never saw this intense moment, Ginge has kept busy since his jungle victory. He’s back to streaming online, although he had to delay his first session due to exhaustion.
On Instagram, Ginge reassured his followers, "Next stream will be tomorrow everyone. Still just getting back to normality." And although he was "f**ked" from his jungle stint, he received a hero's welcome upon his return to the UK, showing just how much fans adore the new king of the jungle.
