TV icon Alison Hammond recently found herself at the center of playful mischief during her visit to the illustrious sets of Netflix's 'Bridgerton'. Known for her vivacious personality, the 'This Morning' host was jokingly accused of causing 'trouble' by actor Luke Thompson, who couldn't resist teasing Alison about her cheeky antics.

The charismatic presenter, who hails from Birmingham, has long been a fan of the regency-era drama and was over the moon to receive an invite to Shepperton Studios, the show's primary filming hub. While interviewing the lead actors for YouTube's Still Watching Netflix, Luke Thompson, who plays Benedict Bridgerton, took the opportunity to rib Alison about some behind-the-scenes fun.

“I do know you've been to the set. I think you got in trouble,” Luke kidded, prompting a surprised Alison to laugh, "Did I get in trouble? What did I get in trouble for? I don't remember that Luke. Moving on. Let's get into Bridgerton. Don't know what he's talking about."

While Alison's trip to the 'Bridgerton' set ended in giggles, her packed schedule is no laughing matter. The TV presenter, who first shot to fame on 'Big Brother' in 2002, has revealed why she's turning down opportunities like 'Strictly Come Dancing' and 'Celebrity Traitors'.

Alison, who participated in 'Strictly' back in 2014, shared her regrets with The Radio Times, highlighting how her current commitments make it impossible to fit the hit dance show into her diary. "I'm so busy, that I'm not sure it [Strictly Come Dancing] is going to happen. It’s unrealistic," she said. "I would have loved to have done it, anybody that gets it, they're going to land the perfect job. But I'm so happy with everything I've got. What would I drop, to do Strictly?"

Even amidst the rumors and the bustling schedule, Alison continues to grace screens with her appearances on shows like 'For The Love of Dogs' on ITVX, delighting audiences with her infectious energy.
